Oak Ridge National Laboratory Radionuclide Emission Stacks and Sampling Systems, EPSD-REPORT-03

Abstract

This document provides a comprehensive overview of the main radiological emission sources at ORNL with a focus on operations specific to maintaining compliance with 40 CFR Part 61, Subpart H. It is intended to be used as a resource in conjunction with the Rad NESHAPs compliance and quality assurance plans to ensure compliance for both major and minor stack-type radiological emission sources. Details on sampled emission units, building locations, facility ventilation and control technologies, and sample extraction systems are provided. Additionally, applicable facility ventilation drawings, and photographs are included.
