Ahmad S. Mitoubsi

Ahmad Mitoubsi is a Health and Safety Professional at the Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) within the Neutron Sciences Directorate at ORNL. In this role, he supports high-hazard research operations across neutron scattering beamlines and laboratory environments, providing technical expertise in industrial hygiene, hazard analysis, exposure assessment, and regulatory compliance. 

Ahmad holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His professional experience spans higher education, national laboratory research environments, and health services settings, with a focus on risk management, operational safety integration, and continuous improvement within multidisciplinary research infrastructures.
