Dr. Amber Hubbard is a chemical engineer and materials scientist working as an R&D Staff Member in the Sustainable Manufacturing Technologies Group at ORNL’s Manufacturing Demonstration Facility (MDF). Her expertise is in fiber reinforced composite formulation and processing as well as vitrimer composite formulation and characterization. Amber is passionate about workforce development and enabling domestically sourced materials for US energy and manufacturing dominance.
