Andrew G. Harter

Dr. Harter is a research scientist in the National Security Sciences Directorate (NNSD) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). He works on diverse problem sets that originated from traditional non-proliferation nuclear forensics and which has been extended to the enhancement of autonomous unmanned systems, their payloads, and associated data sets. This synthesis of different experiences brings the perspective of ORNL’s history in nuclear sciences as well as its future in emerging technologies and autonomous systems.
