Nick L. Hagerty

Nick joined ORNL in 2021 after graduating from Miami University (OH) with a BS and MS in computer science. Alongside his Masters thesis, Nick worked at the Air Force Research Labs in Dayton, OH, where he helped to run molecular dynamics simulations, manage software installations including LAMMPS and GROMACS, and transition his modeling group to GPU-accelerated computing resources.

At ORNL, Nick develops and runs regression tests on OLCF machines spanning a variety of science domains and the functionality of basic performance profilers.
