Peggy T. Milota

Peggy Milota is a Post Doc with ORNL’s Nuclear and Extreme Environment Measurements (NEEM) group.  As a PhD student, her research focused on the use of laser ablation for pre-passivation of structural materials used in chloride salts, as a means of corrosion mitigation.  Prior to graduate school, she was a nuclear-trained machinist mate in the US Navy and worked as a trainer and procedure writer for fossil fuel power plants.
