Dr. Todd J. Toops joined ORNL in 2001 as a postdoctoral research associate, and he is currently a Distinguished R&D Scientist and the Applied Catalysis and Emissions Research (ACER) Group Leader. He also is serving as the relationship manager for the Department of Energy’s Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technologies Office and has an Adjunct Faculty appointment at the University of Tennessee. His research at ORNL has covered a wide range of clean energy topics including emissions control, biofuels, fuel cells, electrolysis, and neutron imaging.
