Bill Monday currently serves as a senior project manager in the Grid Communications Security Group within the Energy Sciences Technologies Directorate (ESTD) at ORNL. He is a member of the ORNL Field Intelligence Element for national security special projects work where he supports the dynamic needs of numerous national security–related programs and projects. He has more than 30-years of professional experience and involvement with management, leadership, security, and flight operations in direct support of cutting-edge research and associated wider national security efforts.
