Abstract
This System Design Description (SDD) document records the developing design information for the Integrated Security and Safety Monitoring System (ISSMS) project, which is a system to monitor and report safety and security parameters for the US Department of Energy's spent nuclear fuel (SNF) and high-level radioactive waste (HLRW) railcars.
